Roof soffit is indispensable if you want to provide your house with the best possible thermal insulation and protect the roof structure from adverse weather conditions. Soffit (this is also how roof soffit is called) also plays an aesthetic role, it makes the roof section next to the exterior wall look neat and elegant.
Soffit SVP 07 from Vilo faithfully reflects the grain of the wood, while without the effect of pattern repetition. Over the years it retains its color and does not delaminate. Thanks to its unique structure, it reduces the accumulation of dirt.
Soffit model SVP 07 is soffit panels with perforation. This means that there are small ventilation holes in the elements of the roof soffit. Perforated soffit is recommended for roofs that do not let air through (such as those with full boarding).
Vinyl panels from which the soffit is made are resistant to mechanical damage and pests. They do not require sealing – they are completely waterproof. This is a solution for years, which does not require additional maintenance or painting.
Soffit is characterized by very easy and very fast installation – you do not need specialized tools for this. Through a special CLICK type lock, the panels remain in place. Up to a width of 80 cm they can be installed without additional support points.
